Header: The No Look

The title says it all. Slam is consistently elevating his level of dunks with every video. I would not want to get caught on the opposite team in a streetball game with this guy.

For my money still the most exciting 2 foot dunker in streetball is Team Flight Brother’s T-Dubb.

Is he going to win a medal? Can he beat the world record?

What I have put together for you here is a couple of different videos relating to foot strength. A lot of these videos may strike you as kind of strange because they are not streetball specific. Ive pulled these videos from all over the place but keep an open mind and check it out. Foot strength is a very undervalued part of vertical leaping as well as speed and quickness. And if you are a baller you know that your vertical, speed and quickness are important things. So just hear what these videos have to say, oh yeah and the best part is a lot of these exercises can be done at home on the couch or in front of the computer.

Just so you know what’s going on, in a lot of streetball games they have this rule where if you get dunked on, you have to leave the game. That’s what happens here. I kind of like that rule. They should have it in the NBA. If they did, we would have never had to suffer through so many years of watching Shawn Bradley play.

Troy McCray is quickly becoming one of my favorite dunkers in streetball. This video is from the NBA Sprite Slam Dunk Showdown in LA. These are just warm up dunks but even still, these dunks would win a lot of competitions.
