This looks like a really positive movement. Its great to see various streetball outlets still progressing and starting new projects.
With this new clip, Kenny Dobbs shows off some impressive dunks that put him in a pretty elite class of dunkers. He also gives some insight about what he does for training.

This post is mostly for the streetball “producers” but follow along. This video is about a month old, but I just caught it over at Flying 101 and thought I would post it as an example of what an HD camera means for the average streetball video maker.

Dude is nasty with it. For 6′1″ he is doing a lot of damage to these rims. He may be flying under the radar a little bit, possible due to the lack of an awesome nickname (streetball 101: get awesome nickname), but all the same, look out for big things from this dude.
Random observations:
1. Dude is only 6′1″ so what he does is definitely worth noticing
2. The “burnouts” he is doing in the jumpsoles can almost as effectively be done with no equipment at all, just stay on your toes. But notice he does 3 sets of 100 3 times a week. This is EXCELLENT advice. If you over do it, it can cause problems.
3. Doing a dunk session like that like that out door on cement deserves a “tip of the hat” and plenty of ice packs aka dont try this at home kids.
